GOAL!!!! 110 pounds down…I DID IT!!!

I’ve reached my weight loss goal!!! It took me 17 months but I’ve done it! I Went from 275 in August 2009 to 165 today! I’m still is a little bit of shock, bare with me!

I’ve lost 100 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! I am estatic!!! I’ve still got 10 more pounds to lose to reach my goal but I’m damn proud of myself!

99 Pounds DOWN!!!

I’ve got 1 more pound to hit my 100 lbs down mark!!! It’ll be 14 months since I started my journey on Sunday! I’ve got 11 more pounds to reach my GOAL! 90 POUNDS DOWN!!!

I have to share my joy today! I am 12 1/2 months into my journey and I’ve removed 90 pounds from my body! I am officially 20 pounds away from my goal!!! My countdown begins here! Those that are just starting…you need to keep going NO MATTER WHAT! I’ve been on the ride of my life this last year and I woudn’t change a single thing. Even when I felt like I couldn’t or didn’t have the energy to keep going, I kept pushing myself. It CAN be done!

Stopping by to say “hi!!”

I’m doing a brief check in to let anyone that is interested know how I’ve been doing since my break from buddyslim. My weight is down to 217 which gives me a total overall loss of 54 pounds! I still work out twice a day primarily 6 days a week. My body has changed so much since I really got serious last November. Everyone I am around comments on my weight loss just about each day.

I still have the most amazing boyfriend ever and I have a huge support system. I feel like now that I am more than half way to my goal I am holding myself accountable for all of my actions. I don’t want to let myself down and I definitely don’t want to let those down that have been cheering me on the entire way. I pray all is well with everyone…smooches! 

Backing off Buddy Slim for awhile

I’m in my 14th week of changing my life and body and I feel like I need a break for awhile. I’d really like to start focusing on writing on my personal blog a bit more. I also need to focus on documenting this journey via Fitbooking…my scrapbooking fitness web group.

I will always reply to messages if I have them and I am always here for a word of encouragement if anyone needs it. I will also keep up with my weight tracker so everyone that is interested will know how I’m doing. I just feel like I have too much on my plate right now and I need to scale back and refocus. 

Week #13 review

This truly has been a ass kicking motivating week for me! Not only have I lost a whopping 7.2 pounds since starting Jillian Michaels’ 30 day shred on 2/1, I successfully went the entire week without eating bread! I love to eat a sandwich so giving up bread was no easy task for me.

I weigh myself every morning pre and post workout and it’s awesome to see the scale go down everyday. I want this more now than I even thought I could imagine 6 months ago…I am not the same person anymore. My attitude about my body and my emotional strength has changed.

This next week it’s back to additional cardio. For some reason I am really looking forward to it! I know cardio is the ho-hum of working out but it is so necessary. It makes the circuit training easier to handle. We’ll see how it goes tomorrow but I might just do my entire session in the morning. I don’t mind working out twice a day but it makes my evening run much more smoothly if I complete my workout in the morning…so looks like I will be setting my alarm for 4:50 am!!!

BTW: My boyfriend is harrassing me for not being a Saints fan but he still loves me anyway :-)
